Dr. Banerjea is director and visiting lecturer of the Bengal Allen Medical Institute, Calcutta; principal and chief lecturer of materia medica, miasms and clinical therapeutics at the Allen College of Homoeopathy, Essex, England. He resides in Chelmsford, Essex (England). He divides his time between his clinical practices in the UK and also periodically visits India where he acts as clinical consultant in various rural and slum clinics; as well as delivers seminars in various academies in different parts of the world. An author by age of 24, Dr. Banerjea has written a number of books including Guide to Materia Medica, Clinical and Comparative Materia Medica. Synoptic Memorizers of Materia Medica, and the widely acclaimed Miasmatic Diagnosis.
